Player Announcement - Tony Cascio

The latest addition to the Team USA squad is midfielder Tony Cascio. Tony joins fellow Sporting FC AZ teammates, Andrew Weber, David Paul, Mo Salama, and Jon Guse.

In addition to being a well-seasoned regular in the Small Goal Soccer leagues, Tony spent two seasons with the Colorado Rapids followed by the first ever intra-league loan to the Houston Dynamo. Following his MLS career, Tony returned home where he played for USL side Arizona United, now known as Phoenix Rising FC.

"Going into Lisbon I'm really looking forward to the atmosphere - I mean they're building a soccer specific stadium for 6 v 6 teams. It's going to be fun, exciting, and obviously there will be a little bit of nerves going through as we're representing the U.S."
